I have FreePBX 12.0.76.4 installed running on Asterisk 13.12.2.
Installation is working fine and all incoming and outgoing calls are working and do get recorded.
On some extensions I have added a “Account Code” under extension device options.
Extension to extension calls are fine, but when the extension with the Account Code try to make a external call, it fails with the following error:
ERROR[15374][C-0000147a]: app_stack.c:594 gosub_exec: Attempt to reach a non-existent destination for Gosub: (Context:find-route-number, Extension:[external number dialed], Priority:1)
Remove the Account Code and the extension can call external numbers without any issue.
Any help will be appreciated.
Sounds like a bug (maybe only a documentation bug, but a bug).
I’d submit s ticket through the Issues link at the top of the page.
12 is end of life, so a ticket won’t get action unless it is reproduceable in 13. Account codes work for me in 13.
