But suddenly I cam to know that He cracked the GUI access as per FreePBX documentation.
Is there any way that I know who is logged in to the GUI account

The http server access log shoould show thr IP of connections
any way I can check the current connection established
netstat
or ss
can be used to show connections states
Someone with superuser access in SSH can access anything that is visible in the GUI by way of direct access to the databases and config files.
