Access on mobile devices

How can I access my FreePBX extensions on mobile using a softphone app (such as Zoiper)

I have tried using Zoiper but I get error 408: Registration failed

The details of my PBX are:
Ip: 192.168.0.72
Ext no: 100
Port: 5060

If your mobile is on the same LAN as the FreePBX, then it should work.
If you are not, you’ll have to forward ports and deal with NAT.

I forgot to sync the config
Sorry im new to freepbx XD

However, I now have a new problem. No audio is being sent (when I speak on both ends there’s no sound)
How can I fix this?
