Aastra phones beeping

Aastra phones make a beep sound 20 seconds after i Apply Config on my Free PBX portal

Currently running FreePBX 13.0.195.12.

We have Sangoma’s and Aastra’s in our environment and it seems that only the older Aastras are making the beep sound. I believe its the 57i models.

Any ideas how to fix this as my users are becoming unhappy.
