Aastra 6757i can't login to queue

I have setup a new queue 123. It is working perfectly for static agents assigned to it. However, if I want a dynamic member to log into the queue using an Aastra 6757i, they cannot. I am having them dial 123* to try to log in. I believe that something in the Aastra’s dial plan needs to be added to do this. Possibly +XXX* and +xxx**??
Any help would be appreciated…

Adding +XXX* and +xxx** this to the AAstra dial plan fixed this issue.
