*8 Pickup

Did search a lot, but found no solution.

General Pickup via *8 does not work. Phones (different types display error).

AsteriskNow/FreePBX latest version

Situation:

33 calls one of our external numbers
external number rings on 34 (call goes out to sip provider and comes in again, no internal shortcut)
try to pickup from 36 with *8 (feature code valid, 34 & 36 are in same call/pickupgroup 1)
