*8 call pickup dont work

Hello,
Distro, PBX Firmware:6.12.65-27
Asterisk (Ver. 11.17.1), FreePBX 12.0.64

I put all test extensions on same Pickup group.
I tested on PhonerLite softphones, but *8 call pickup dont work…

Did you also populate the “Call Groups” field under each extension?

No, I did not know that this is necessary.

After populate the “Call Groups”, pickup works fine.

That information used to be in the Wiki, but the Community Manager took it out.
