5060 unreachable

One of our phone is not reachable when someone calls to it, outgoing works fine.
In Endpoint manager it shows as “D Yes Yes A 5060 UNREACHABLE”
Anybody has faced this issue ?

Yea, that means the phone is not actually properly registered to the phone system. There is not really enough info here to figure out why though. You’ll need to provide some error messages or logs for us to be able to provide any advice where to look.
