Reviewing CDR and found an inbound call listed as s[sms-incoming], duration 4209 minutes. We do have SIPStation SMS on a couple DIDs, but I don’t understand an SMS call of this duration. Can anyone here add insight?
Text messaging in Asterisk uses a channel like is used for calling, but it’s persistent and sticks around. It’s normal and doesn’t incur any extra charges or anything (since there wasn’t a voice call in the first place).
