401 Unauthorized

I have an IVR system on extension 2250 it’s an external system the IVR received the call but when it tries to transfer the call we received 401 Unauthorized kindly check the log IVR IP ADD VOIP SERVER IP ADD

That is not the log.

401 Unauthorized is a normal response to REGISTER; it challenges for credentials. It appears that registration was successful because packet 16 is probably the correct response to the re-sent registration in packet 13.

But in any case, REGISTER is not directly associated with a call. Assuming successful registration, there should be an INVITE when the devices attempts to send the call to FreePBX.
