IMO, if you have it working fine with PJSIP and otherwise have no need of chan_sip trunks, any effort you spend on making chan_sip work is wasted. Chan_sip is deprecated.

yes I think so too, it is only for general purpose
Where did you put this?
I’m running FreePBX 14.0.1.36 and I don’t see where to put this. Is it in a conf file, or in the UI somewhere for the trunk settings that I’m not seeing?

hi! go to Admin/Config Edit
then search pjsip.registration.conf and search if the parameter is already in the configuration of your trunks(I think that newer. versions of freepbx add this automatically) if your trunks are still not identified in the right way be sure to put in trunks configuration the from domanin and from user field. hope. this helps
Why don’t you try pjsip?
Most providers only have configuration examples for chansip, but pjsip should work just as well, but you might have to experiment with the settings a bit.
