311 and 211 calls?

Trying to figure out how to route 311 and 211 calls.

Anybody know if there are any 311 or 211 databases that we can do a look up on the outbound caller ID so we know where to route based on the CallerID?

Anybody ran into this problem? We have several people in different areas using our system that need to use 311 for sure and probably 211. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I have tried searching google for both and am hitting a dead end (not a lot of documentation I can find for how to get this done)

Are you providing services to these locations as a service or are they remote offices?
