2nd Account with Endpoint Manager

Hi,

I am using EndPoint Manager to manage the config for Cisco 7960 phones. I want to add a second account to the phone. I can see that I can edit the template for the phone so that Button 2 becomes a Line button that points to Account 2, but I then cannot see how I specify what the Account 2 settings are for the phone. Any ideas?

You do that in Extension Mapping. Define the MAC address and extension you want it to me then in advnaced settings for that entry in Extension Mapping pick account 2

Thanks Tony. I didn’t think of entering it as two rows with the same MAC address in each! Works a treat. Many thanks.
