2 recordings for a voicemail

A user logs in on UCP and uploads a custom recording under Greetings > Unavailable Greeting
An incoming caller hears the custom recording, but afterwards also hears a “Please leave your message after the tone. When done hang up or press the pound key”

How can I remove the second recording?

this fixed the issue

Settings > Voicemail Admin > Dialplan Behavior > Disable Standard Prompt: Yes
