The upgrade seemed to go well but when I log into the GUI I see error message for disabled/broken modules. When I go to the module admin page I only see 3 modules even when selecting Check Online. If I try to upgrade a module that is broken/disabled via the command line I’m told that module doesn’t exist.
And when I reboot from the command line I see the following:
PolicyKit daemon disconnected from the bus. We are no longer a registered authentication agent
