*13 and FreePBX 13 Register/Unreachable every 1 minute

I am having an odd issue. I am using:

Grandstream 2140 (with the latest firmware as of today 6/30/16)
Fresh install of FreePBX 13.0.143 on Asterisk 13.9.1

I have an extension 6203 created on my server and my phone connects/registers but it only holds that registration for about a minute and then its disconnected. I regains connection about a half hour later. I’m not sure why this is happening. Here is some of the verbose log file related to this:

how about a bit more information? like are the phones local (i.e. on the same network as the pbx), what does your network look like? if the phones are not local then you either have a nat issue or a udp timer issue with your router/firewall

I resolved my issue in a different way. I decided to uninstall the FreePBX Distro (FB13 with Asterisk 13) and reinstall the AsteriskNow distro (FB12.xx with Asterisk 13) and that seemed to resolve my issue.
