Okay, So I have the latest AsteriskNow Distro going great, and we have one trunk through callcentric, and that has been running with no problems. Now we added a second DID to our callcentric plan, and we want to route the second DID to a different IVR than the other DID, i’ve browsed through quite a bit of the forum and didn’t really see anything helpful so I figured I would ask… Thanks!
I hope you are just pulling everyone’s leg but if not, then just add another inbound route with the new phone number and point it at the second ivr
i have tried that… when I delete the 1772 inbound route (callcentric’s registration number) and add both my current 618 and my new 618 numbers when I call in I get a “no response” after 13 seconds or so…
currently I only have the 1772 route which sends all calls to the same IVR…
each inbound route can be associated with a did (did number field). the destination for the route is the appropriate ivr. qed.
