Someone from support will have to help you further. Unfortunately your system is blocking the install.
Ok I finally figured it out. You had to have never installed zulu before you got the license or you had it disabled.
fwconsole upgrade zulu --edge
fwconsole start zulu
Zulu now at 13.0.49.2 and enabled.
Zulu Daemon still showing not running on the Dashboard.
[root@freepbx-a ~]# fwconsole start zulu

Go to advanced settings and enable Zulu. You disabled it at some point in the past.
I have made this more clear in Zulu 13.0.49.3
FWIW, I have been reading these posts all evening trying to fix a new install.
Server is brand new (have also tried on multiple others). Zulu would not start on any of them. Eventually, I noticed that running fwconsole start zulu always redlined:
“PJSIP Transports for WS and WSS have enabled in Asterisk SIP Settings under the Chan PJSIP Settings tab. Please restart Asterisk”
Odd that it would do this EVERY time. So I took a look at the advanced settings in the GUI, and found they were still disabled. Enabling them in the GUI resolved the problem.
I was able to reproduce this issue on every system I tried. Hopefully this helps someone.
