Using Phone Apps on the Aastra 6730i Phone - Connect Timeout Error

Hi,

I have successfully purchased and installed the Endpoint manager and Phone apps, then gone though all of the configuration for the particular phone.

The template works and maps to my test phone and creates the XML link for Parking and Voicemail but when you press the button you get “Please Wait…” then “Connect Timeout”.

I have checked the link in a browser and it returns XML code as you would expect.

The system is FreePBX distro 5.2.

I have tried many different phone configuration options but cannot clear this error.

Can the phone reach the PBX on the port it has defined?

Also do your apache logs show the phone getting to the PBX when you press the button?

Yes the phone can connect to the server on the correct port.

How do you view the apache logs?
