Ours has primarily happened on incoming calls. No headsets involved. If it does it once, it will probably do it once more within 30 seconds. I’ve not seen it myself, and was at first assuming user error, but it’s happened too many times with users I trust to be aware and competent to assume that any more.
Steps as best I can tell are as follows:
- Answer incoming call.
- Park call.
- Retrieve call from same phone or another.
- It looks like about a 5% chance, based on very rough math, that the retrieved call will repark on it’s own.
