SIP Trunk Works Inconsistently

Hi,

I have the FreePBX distro running in a VM (on CentOS). I find that sometimes I am able to dial out/in, but other times I can’t.

Dialling out, I get “the number you’ve called has not been recognised”, in an English accent, which makes me think it’s the trunk provider as all Asterix voices are American. Dialling in, it just hangs up on me straight away.

Reboots randomly have it working again. Last time I thought it was a module update that had fixed things.
