Hello, I have a problem. I want to record and view only external calls. For this I set for all extensions Record options - Inbound and Outbound External Calls. But in CDR-Reports I view ALL calls - internal and external. In User Control Panel I view Internal and External calls. How can I modify User Control Panel for viewing only External calls (Add new filter).or view only calls with recording.
