Set Agent Name in CDR dstchannel

OK before I asked this one I checked and compared all the system versions and the module versions and unless I missed something I don’t see why 2 identical systems; one Queues Module has the “Set Agent Name in CDR dstchannel” setting and the other doesn’t. What am I missing?


Hmmmm getting more confused on this item. For each of our FreePBX server clients we have a second server fully installed and updated server on a different network in a different data center.

We just finished two clients which equals 4 clean installs of FreePBX 12.0.50.1 Asterisk 13.2.0 PBX Firmware: 6.12.65-26. Now here’s the only patterns I see so far:

  1. The systems with “Set Agent Name in CDR dstchannel” are both on our backup network not our primary
  2. The systems with “Set Agent Name in CDR dstchannel” are both currently not live or fully configured

Any ideas? is this something we have done?
