I know ring groups have a skip busy agents. However, if I have two or more ring groups setup, is there something I can setup that when dialed will dial one of the ring groups that does not have any busy agents?
Queues are more what you are looking for here - Ring groups don’t have near the power of Queues and all agents busy is a standard bail-out for a Queue.
Queues are your friend.
