[SOLVED] Ring First, Then Go to Autoattendant and Ignore CF Settings

Hello All!

I’m trying to setup an inbound route to first ring a ring group with three extensions then go to the auto-attendant then finally a voicemail box.

However, I want the ring group to ignore the call forwarding settings and yet still ring the extension. When I select Ignore CF Settings=Yes, it skips the phones that have call forwarding enabled…

Is this possible for it to ignore the call forwarding and still the extension?

If you use Follow-Me, not call Forwarding, and add a # to the end of the extension in the list, it should work.
