After upgrade to Reload failed because retrieve_conf encountered an error: Now running 6.12.65-18 upgrade
Tried restating Asterisk still no good and I am also getting Asterisk manager interface (astman) failure can not get to modules like extensions and follow me and others ?

Is asterisk running?
I Did try to restart asterisk but that did not work for me. I reached out to a astrerisk tech and he found , the module /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/res_pjsip_outbound_publish.so is not compatible so I have moved it. and now its all good
