Hi
I have just set up a queue for the first time using the freepbx module, but it doesn’t seem to be working. So far:
- None of the agent’s extensions ring.
- I have an inbound route setup to go to the queue, when you call it it just beeps twice then hangs up.
- When I run “queue show” in cli it says that there are no queues.
- I use isymphony, and in isymphony it also says that I have no queues.
Anyone have any ideas what is happening here?
