Queue Callback Report

Asterisk Version: 11.21.0
PBX Firmware: 10.13.66-7
Queues Pro 13.0.17
Queues 13.0.18
Hi,
Queues Callback is working properly.Makes the callback call etc.
The problem is that Queues Callback Report is empty.
No matching records found for Pending,Succesful or failed Callbacks.
Checked the tables in the asterisk database,Result :No errors and empty.
Any help please
