I would like to know if there is any software (commercial or not) that can manipulate the recordings (eg, view, download, search, etc) and can give access to users depending on the department.
For example, there is a group of users that belong to “Support Department” and have a specific DID (or specific extensions). I am looking for a software that can let the user search only on those specific DID’s. So, lets say the Head of the “Support Dept” can view only the support dept recording, the Head of the accounting can view only the accounting recordings.
Is there a software, commercial or not, that can do that?
