Procedure to change mysql root password

Hello,

I have a PPX-IP with asterisk 1.8.5.0 and freepbx 2.9. The PBX-IP was working fine.

I changed the mysql root password, then when I am going to start the PBX-IP I got:

/usr/local/sbin/amportal

Please wait…
/usr/local/sbin/amportal: line 46: [FATAL]: command not found

/var/lib/asterisk/bin/freepbx_engine: line 98: [FATAL]: command not found

Try `mkdir --help’ for more information.

You must create this directory and the try again.

I had to resore the previus mysql root password.

The question is: Where do else I have to change the mysql root password ?

The procedure to change the mysql root password in freePBX 2.8 is different than 2.9.

The procedure to change the mysql root password in freePBX 2.8 is described in http://www.freepbx.org/support/documentation/faq/changing-the-mysql-password

The procedure to change the mysql root password in freePBX 2.9 is:
1.Change the mysql root password
2.Edit the file /etc/freepbx.conf
3.Edit the file /etc/asterisk/cdr_mysql.conf
