I am having an issue when trying to load a brand new polycom ip650 ip phone with my configuration from pbx server. I have replace the extension with the new mac address of the polycom and when the polycom boots it says loading initial configuration. Then comes back and says unable to contact the boot server. Any advice? I have also tried entering the boot server config and provisioning server manually with no luck. Thanks.
How do you have the server configured? Which Endpoint manager are you using? Can you contact the ftp/tftp server manually?
