Like I have already mentioned:
Create a trunk in the pjsip_custom.conf settings with a context someting like mycustomtrunk
and after in the freepbx gui:
connectivity -> trunks -> add custom trunk with in the custom dial string:
something like PJSIP/$OUTNUM$@mycustomtrunk
