FreePBX 13.0.1alpha71 - fully updated

I was going to use the test box for a conference call today but when I tried to load the conference configuration the module errored out.
Whoops \ Exception \ ErrorException
(E_WARNING) Invalid argument supplied for foreach()

I hadn’t touched this test box in a few weeks so I figured I would get the updates and move on. After I ran updates I could not apply the configuration. Here are the error messages from the dashboard / the popup.

retrieve_conf failed, config not applied
Reload failed because retrieve_conf encountered an error: 255
Error!Reload failed because retrieve_conf encountered an error: 255exit: 255
found language dir fr for directory, not installed on system, skipping
Unable to continue. symlink(): Permission denied in /var/lib/asterisk/bin/retrieve_conf on line 211

fwconsole chown
