Panasonic TGP500 Hanging during tftp provision

Hello,
I’m trying to provision a Panasonic TGP500 portable phone. I’m able to provision without issue my Sangoma Phones.

While watching the TCPDump of the tftp communication, I can see that it requests it’s configuration and then just hangs.

I’m using Endpoint Manager 13.0.83.

I believe this issue is related to my network topology. My FreePBX install is a virtual machine in Proxmox, and I think somehow the bridge interface that it uses is dropping some aspect of the client tftp response.

I decided to just switch to http for provisioning and everything works fine now.
