OSS Endpoint Manager no longer loads packages after upgrade to 13.0.2

Thanks, I found it just before you replied!

Here is a snopshot of where to look

Hope this helps others.

I’m thinking rolling back to from 13.0.2 to 13.0.1 … 13.0.1 has the same package manager issue as 13.0.2. I’m still in perpetual loading on that page.

Attempting to remove 13.0.1 getting an error exception

Doing a recursive find and grep on all of www, no recordings/modules is no where to be found…

$aridir = $amp_conf['AMPWEBROOT'].'/recordings/modules';

@tm1000 …I’ll be online for a few hours. If there is anything I can do to help test with the project please let me know. I was a software tester for years at Cisco Systems. Be happy to get more involved with both OSS EPM and FreePBX. I’m just new to FreePBX and just haven’t gotten it fully functional yet with our polycom 550 and 330 phones. I guess I can manually configure them for now. You’re reply’s were greatly appreciated! Nothing worse than thinking one did something wrong on an install, when its a core code issue.

Does the option to roll back to 2.11 not exist?

Not after you roll back from 13.0.2 to 13.0.1

I’ve tried the new update this morning to 13.0.3. Same issue in the video I posted exist.

It appears to work for me. It can take up to 60 seconds to load but if I’m patient it works.

If you’d like to express your concern to the developer I can pass along the information or get you his email address

Thanks @tm1000 I’ve just tried reloading again. Same result. Its behaving as if its hung up, cycling for over 10 minutes now. I’m checking logs etc… to see if I can pinpoint the issue. If all else fails I’ll remove and reinstall and see if that helps. Cheers.

Is this the correct web package for this build? I’m wondering if my browser cache is populating old data. http://mirror.freepbx.org/provisioner/v3/

Still spinning my wheels. Does anyone know what directories and files are installed for 13.0.2? The uninstall always fails due to provisioning symbolic link remaining. I’ve removed it manually, rm -r admin/ep* as well as the directory I specified for the firmware and packages. Reinstalled and still have the same issue. The only log information I can find with httpd is as follows:

Each time I attempt to remove the package, I get the following exception:

What are you hoping to achieve with an uninstall?

A fresh proper install in hopes it will correct my issue. I’ve checked everything… even fail2ban, thinking it may have banned the repository IP. I’m perplexed. Its got be something simple. Thanks for chiming in @tm1000 I’m at a loss. May just go ahead and continue programming phones manually or go with the commercial version.

Well, I’ve got a fresh install now. One other thing I’ve noticed is that the globals don’t seem to be sticking upon save action. Here is a video: http://screencast.com/t/tXmvV9Jox

The same package loading issue persist. Here is a video, which shows the web logs as well, hope this helps. Developers may be able to spot the issue: http://screencast.com/t/mnULgKmJLqVq

The developer does not participate on these forums. I suggest you email him directly.

Thanks Andrew, I’ve assuming this shouldn’t be reported as a bug via issue.freepbx.org issue tracker it being a module. Forgive my ignorance, I’m green with envy on this simply awesome FreePBX project. I’ve located Justin Novacks email on github and compiling all of this for him. I hope its not an inappropriate channel. Thank again Andrew, you’re assistance was greatly appreciated.

I am having the same problem …if I go back to the lat 12.x version it works.

Thanks for chiming in Dave. Not nice to know someone else having the same issue, but its good to know its not something I’m doing in error. Hope to hear from Justin soon. I’m eager to jump to 13.0.3 as it may work better with my Polycom IP 550 phones. 12 works fine with my one 330, but it hammered my 550s firmware.

Strange as there is no 12.x version.

This is not the developer. Please PM me and I can send you his information
