Is there a way to have a message played as an introduction when a voicemail is forwarded from one mailbox to another? We have current users that are use to this option from a Nortel CallPilot and when forwarding a voicemail to another extension, they have the option to record a short message like “This voicemail was left in my mailbox at 10:14am”. If it was an automated voice say something like “Message forwarded from extension 304 at 11:45pm”, that would be perfect but I don’t know if it is currently possible. I am currently running Asterisk 13 with FreePBX 11
