I use this documentation:
; PJSIP Configuration Samples and Quick Reference
;
; This file has several very basic configuration examples, to serve as a quick
; reference to jog your memory when you need to write up a new configuration.
; It is not intended to teach PJSIP configuration or serve as an exhaustive
; reference of options and potential scenarios.
;
; This file has two main sections.
; First, manually written examples to serve as a handy reference.
; Second, a list of all possible PJSIP config options by section. This is
; pulled from the XML config help. It only shows the synopsis for every item.
; If you want to see more detail please check the documentation sources
; mentioned at the top of this file.

;
; This file does not maintain the complete option documentation.

That’s true.
I have only recently ventured into starting with PJSIP, but I am liking it, so whatever problems I encounter I am commited playing a part in fixing them.
The developers are fairly responsive on the FreePBX and Asterisk issue trackers, so if you bring things there they get addressed.

Follow this link , It’s for a 8800. But you will get an idea. You may have a problem with Dial Plan.

In Inbound Routes your… Description (blank)…
DID Number(User ID from spa)…CallerID Number(Blank for any)…Set Destination(anywere you want toe call to go to within freepbx)
Ok It finally works and I thought I would post some screen shots to assist anyone else who encounters the problem.
But before I do that, I must say a heartfelt thank you to all those that helped me.
Here are the screen shots.
All other SPA3102 & FreePbx setting are set to default.
