I need some ideas on how to go about this. A customer has clients from all kinds of backgrounds and languages. When these clients are in the office they’re using Google translate on their computers but we need something for phone calls.
I don’t think there’s a built in translator in FreePBX, is there? What services do people recommend? Any/all ideas are welcomed.
No personal info is given over the phone, so confidentiality is of lesser concern.
