Got this working
/usr/bin/mpg123 -q -s -m -r 8000 -f 8192 -b 0 http://live.str3am.com:2430
got this working after a few changes in queues.conf
but still cant get live stream to ip address rather than
http://live.str3am.com
what should i change or is this a port thing?
have you got a streaming server installed at [your_ip] ? and yes port is important too.
I have used streaming for on-hold music in the past and it worked HOWEVER as soon as one stream was started it wouldn’t stop after the call was hang-up. And then next time the on-hold music was activated ANOTHER stream session would start without stopping when the call was hang-up. I therefore left it there…
Unfortunately I do not have the configuration handy but it was very easy.
Can you please confirm that you don’t have the problem described above?
Tks
Yes there is at port 8080
nope, got other problems but not that one
