Manual Install FreePBX14，Unable to read /etc/asterisk/asterisk.conf

Hello all:
centos 7.4
I manual install freepbx14 .The “asterisk.conf” file already exists. Execution ./install -n erroneous.
The “asterisk.conf” file permissions
-rw-r–r-- 1 asterisk asterisk 5332 Oct 30 16:41 asterisk.conf
The “/etc/asterisk” directory permissions
drwxr-xr-x 2 asterisk asterisk 4096 Oct 30 16:42 asterisk
error:
Error! Unable to read /etc/asterisk/asterisk.conf or it was missing a directories section.
I’m based on this link.

Remove (!) from the first line of the file.

this solution a see in another forum, but i dont know what is the reference file .
the install freepbx file, or asterisk.conf file.

please help me, and sorry my english syntax, i dont speak english.

After I removed the (!) here was the result.

[root@ freepbx]# ./install -n
./install: line 2: ?php: No such file or directory
./install: line 3: namespace: command not found
./install: line 5: syntax error near unexpected token ‘0’
./install: line 5: `set_time_limit(0);’

Any thoughts? TIA

Remove the ! in asterisk.conf. NOT install. No need to post this multiple times either.
