Hi!

In theory it should not appear like that but both WebRTC and Zulu create additional extensions for each extension. There additional extension have prefixes such as 90, 99 and 9999.

Re:

Now if there was a problem with those duplicate (of sorts) extensions I would expect them to be shown with their prefix but I can’t think of anything else right now…

Is it possible you had this activated on FreePBX 13 and not on FreePBX 14?

By the way, what are we talking about? The FreePBX distro upgrade with the distro upgrade “script” or a non-distro system upgrade with the PBX upgrader module?

If this is the result of the distro upgrade “script” please don’t forget to create a ticket and upload the logs as instructed in the troubleshooting section.

Good luck and have a nice day!

Nick

This was a scripted distro upgrade gone wrong… I went from asterisk 11 to 13 in the upgrade also. The machine I did the original scripted upgrade on didn’t work so this is the test machine I had been using to get me up and running today. I will have to check into the phantom sip peers. IT is showing 3 extensions for everyone which is really strange
Thanks for the help and i will update this when I try it out

On a side note and I should prob open a different question for this, but my dahdi service has to be started manually everytime I reboot the machine also… Any insight on why that would be?

Hi!

This is why I am thinking it might be those WebRTC and Zulu extensions though, like I said, I would not expect them to actually conflict since they are supposed to have prefixes…

So this is a FreePBX distro, right?

If so, follow the troubleshooting section at the bottom of the wiki page you got the procedure to upgrade (ie create a ticket and upload the logs).

For issues related to the same upgrade, you can keep these together…

There are known DAHDI related issues right now (mostly networking issues though)… What kind of DAHDI hardware do you have?

Someone did report the same problem here

with non-Sangoma and non-Digium hardware…

Good luck and have a nice day!

Nick

mysql
use asterisk;
UPDATE users SET noanswer_dest = '' WHERE noanswer_dest = 'goto0';
UPDATE users SET busy_dest = '' WHERE busy_dest = 'goto1';
UPDATE users SET chanunavail_dest = '' WHERE chanunavail_dest = 'goto2';

That seemed to work… Thanks you…

Following this thread since I recently ran this on a PBXinaFlash upgrade and I have resolved all my issues but one which is not addressed by the mysql commands listed above. The one error I still have after migrating is

DEST STATUS: CUSTOM
Inbound Fax Detection: Fax Line (4122194514/)

I have checked my Misc Destinations and cannot find anything relating to this fax error.

Fax detection is configured on the fax tab of your inbound route(s).

Awesome, to clarify I went to the Inbound Route for that fax number, clicked on the Fax tab for that inbound route, and then fixed the destination to be a valid Fax Recipient.
