iSymphony v3 not showing call activity

We’ve recently installed the trail version of iSymphony v3 and it appears to sync properly with Freepbx as within the client we can see all the users listed. However, we are not seeing any call activity or call history. Any ideas as to how to get this working correctly?

Not sure if this is related but I can see in the iSymphony logs the error message ‘Failed to locate binding peer for channel with name SIP’

What version of freepbx?

Its Freepbx version 2.11.0.38 with Asterisk version 1.811.210.57-2
