You seem to have at least 3 problems in there, some missing 64-bit MySQL/MariaDB libraries and something went wrong with the update of your commercial modules…
You also have a problem with the digium register module like @tm1000 had noticed in another thread about a failed upgrade.

I would also suggest you do this
and post the results in your ticket…
