Incoming calls are not going trough

Hi,
My Problem is, that incoming calls from the Unix-PBX are routed wrong.

They come in on External Trunc with dialed numer “28650” and Freepbx makes a “2128650” out of it and reroutes it to external Trunc again:

[2015-04-29 13:19:08] VERBOSE[41810][C-000000c8] pbx.c: – Executing [tdial@ext-trunk:9] Dial(“SIP/topbx2-0000014f”, “SIP/to_lync/28650,300,Tt”) in new stack

What I Need it that the external incoming numer “28650” goes out on internal “650”.

Can anybody help?

Thx in advance!

Create a Misc. Destination that dials 650. Route the inbound route for 28650 to the Misc. Destination. Then create an outbound route that routes 650 to whatever trunk you want to handle that call outbound.

can u pls tell me this again with single steps. i dont know what u mean by creating a misc. destinaton.
I am only beginner with freepbx :frowning:

thank u very much.

can anybody help please?
