Inbound route not working with IVR and Extention with IVR but works with Ordinary Extension

In etc/asterisk/logger.conf, set dtmf
[logfiles]
console => notice,warning,error,dtmf
and reload asterisk. You will see the debug log.

Also, I notice the phone the extention rings but neither the caller or receiver can hear anything
Now, calls to the inbound route rings, but I hear nothing. Also, it connects to the IVR but I still can’t hear anything.
Check for one-way audio on the IVR. I’ll bet there are NAT problems.
