To use different outbound routes for different extensions, use commercial COS module or the CallerID field in dial patterns as described here:

I don’t have a link, but I can explain it. On the outbound route there is a block that has 4 fields in it. One is the Prefix added to the number, one is the number, and one is the stuff removed from the number before it’s dialed. The fourth field is the extension that is allowed to use this route. Through the judicious use of this field, you can control a lot of the outbound route stuff.

I don’t understand your question about inbound route.
An inbound route points to whatever you want it to.
Extension, IVR, etc.
