How to configure anonymous SIP call to ring group

Hi

I haven’t found any answer to my problem. I hope that some one could help me.

I need to configure anonymous sip call to go to a ring group like sip:[email protected] -> support group.

Is this possible? If so, then hot to do it?

You should activate all anonymous sip in the general settings. Then if you want a call addressed to [email protected], create an inbound route with a DID of “support”. FreePBX will yell at you for not using a number here, but it should work. Then route the calls to that inbound route to your support ring group.
