Hi All,
I have a user who would like the following:

When an external call comes in, usually from an IVR with direct extension dialing, ring the original extension and also ring another extension in tandem.

When an internal call comes in from another extension, then just ring the original called extension.

A direct solution would take custom coding.

Another option would be to create an IVR with each “extension” as an option that points to a ring group containing the two extensions. Yet another option would be to have ALL calls to that extension ring the second one using FollowMe.
