I have a Grandstream 3240 and 3275 that can make calls but only audio calls. The video portion of the call fails. Am I missing a codec perhaps on the FreePBX side? Thanks
Your “/var/log/asterisk/full” logs would be the first place to check.
You may also need to do a SIP call-trace.
One of these will tell you where the codec mismatch is happening.
