Just in case anyone else has this problem…
After a new install using the FreePBX Schmooze ISO (which I think is great by the way) noticed that the CDR Reports page was blank and saw the message:
“Cannot connect to database server localhost: (1045) Access denied for user ‘freepbxuser’@‘localhost’ (using password: YES)”
I was able to resolve the problem by correcting the password for freepbxuser found in /etc/asterisk/cdr_mysql.conf
after i did a restore into a new install. cdr reports was not working.
but after getting the password from the file /etc/freepbx.conf,
and replaced the password in the file cdr_mysql.conf, with the password from freepbx.conf and doing a amportal reload. it is registering again the calls
